Teresa pioneered the first official English language training and testing programs onboard Carnival cruise ships to meet STCW95 requirements and established dedicated Crew Training Centers at sea. She brings deep knowledge of ship safety, public health standards, and the guest experience, and knows how to help teams connect these critical elements to service and hospitality excellence.

Having lived and worked on cruise ships and led teams both onboard and shoreside, Teresa brings a unique, dual perspective that bridges operational realities with company expectations.
